为更好地培育高素质农民,提升其训后跟踪服务成效,本文对其训后跟踪服务的必要性进行分析,并从信息沟通、跟踪服务和评估与反馈机制3个层面入手分析训后跟踪服务现状。有针对性地提出构建长效信息沟通平台,构建个性化与持久化跟踪服务支持,以及建立跟踪服务全方位评估机制等,以优化训后跟踪服务体系,促进高素质农民培育提质增效。
In order to better cultivate high-quality farmers, and improve its effectiveness of post training tracking services, the necessity of post training tracking services was analyzed, and the current situation of post training tracking services was analyzed from three levels: information communication, tracking services, and evaluation and feedback mechanisms. Targeted measures such as building a long-term information communication platform, constructing personalized and persistent tracking service support, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for tracking services were proposed to optimize post training tracking services and promote the cultivation, improvement, and efficiency of high-quality farmers.
