The necessity of cultivating modern agricultural talents was analyzed from the perspective of green and low-carbon development, including promoting industrial structure transformation and upgrading, and promoting sustainable development of rural economy. Starting from the leadership of the new agricultural science concept and the core support of industrial technology, the challenges faced by agricultural talent cultivation were explored. The scientific cultivation path of high-quality agricultural talents in vocational colleges were analyzed, which adopts diversified educational forms such as academic education, continuing education, and lifelong education, focusing on the concept of green agriculture development. Develop scientific and diversified training methods such as online teaching, offline teaching, and portable teaching, and build a green agriculture talent training system. The purpose is to promote innovation in the cultivation of agricultural related scientific and technological talents, provide references for the scientific and systematic integration of green and low-carbon development concepts into vocational colleges, improve the quality of talent cultivation, and assist in rural revitalization.
