双创背景下高校新农科人才培养模式改革与探索

Reform and exploration of talent cultivation model for new agricultural science in universities under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship

为培养创新型农林人才,本研究从高校新农科人才培养现状分析出发,探索高校新农科人才培养模式改革的路径。通过构建新农科创新型人才培养模式,提升学生的农学素养、实践能力和创新创业能力;搭建与农业产业对接的课程结构体系,增强学生的爱农意识,引领创新发展;打造实践赋能新农科创新实践教学平台,支撑项目式课程教学和学生创新创业;建立新农科“双师双能型”师资队伍,促进高校专任农学教师和涉农企业导师双向交流学习;搭建新农科实践课程教学评价体系,动态调整农学实践教学内容和基地项目;构建多元协同的新农科教学质量监测体系,实现以学生为中心,以学定教。探索双创背景下适合新农科人才培养的新模式,为涉农高校教学改革提供思路。

To cultivate innovative agricultural and forestry talents, start from the analysis of the current situation of talent cultivation in new agricultural science in universities, the path of reforming the talent cultivation model was explored in new agricultural science in universities. By constructing new agricultural innovation talent training model, aimed to enhance students’ agricultural literacy, practical ability, and innovation and entrepreneurship ability; Established a new agricultural science curriculum system that was aligned with the industry, enhanced the love for agriculture among students, and lead innovatived development; Created a new agricultural science innovation practice teaching platform to support project-based curriculum teaching and student innovation and entrepreneurship; Established a “dual teacher and dual ability” teaching staff team for the new agricultural science, and promoted two-way exchange and learning between full-time agricultural teachers in universities and mentors in agricultural enterprises; Established a new evaluation system for agricultural practice courses, dynamically adjust the content of agricultural practice teaching and base projects; Established a new quality monitoring system for agricultural science teaching, achieving student-centered and student-centered teaching, and teaching by learning. Explored new models for cultivating new agricultural talents under the background of entrepreneurship and innovation, and provided ideas for teaching reform in agricultural universities.
