生物化学课程教学改革创新实践研究

本文依托省一流本科专业建设,结合OBE理念,对生物化学课程教学难度大、学生基础水平参差不齐、考核评价体系有待多元化3个方面的现状进行分析。基于实际教学情况,提出相应创新改革策略。通过增、减和融三步重构法,对教学内容进行重构;完善线上教学平台,实现课前深度预习,优化课中教学环节,巩固课后教学效果;师生共建科研文献库,促进综合训练任务的完成;强化综合训练和学科竞赛,“以赛促学、以赛促教”;以学生为中心,完善考核评价机制。实践成效表明,该创新实践教学模式有效激发了学生的学习积极性,提高了其综合考核成绩,有利于培养具有扎实理论知识、较高科研素养和较强创新思维能力的学科拔尖人才。为生物工程等相关专业课程探索新形势下的高校教学改革模式提供参考。

Based on the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in the province and combined with the OBE concept, the current situation of Biochemistry course was analyzed from 3 aspects: high teaching, difficulty uneven basic levels of students, and the need for diversified assessment and evaluation systems. Based on the actual teaching situation, corresponding innovative reform strategies were proposed. The teaching content had been restructured through the three-step reconstruction methods of adding, reducing, and integrating; the online teaching platform had been improved, in-depth pre class preparation had been achieved, the in class teaching process had been enhanced, and the effectiveness of post class teaching had been consolidated; the research literature library was jointly built between teachers and students to promote the completion of comprehensive training tasks; strengthened comprehensive training and subject competitions, and promoted learning and teaching through competitions; put students at the center and improved the assessment and evaluation mechanism. The practical results had shown that this innovative practical teaching model had effectively stimulated students’ learning enthusiasm, improved their comprehensive assessment scores, and conducived to cultivating top talents in the discipline with solid theoretical knowledge, high scientific research literacy, and strong innovative thinking ability. To provide references for exploring new teaching reform models in universities under the new situation for courses related to Bioengineering and other related majors.
