硕士研究生植物基因组学课程教学改革模式探究与实践

为探索在科教融合理念下构建科研与教育深度融合的硕士研究生课程教学模式,对植物基因组学课程存在的部分学生知识基础薄弱、教学内容更新不及时、科研与教学存在脱节、思政元素融入不足以及考核评价体系不完善5个方面的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改革措施。具体包括以学生为主体,调查其选课的动机与诉求等基本情况,根据个体差异,有针对性地优化教学内容与授课方式;设计模块化授课内容,将理论部分教学划分为植物基因组研究现状与进展、植物群体基因组等6个模块,并以综述文献的方式授课,展现系统前沿的研究成果;开展以科研项目为导向的研讨式教学,通过分组研讨、教师点评等手段,培养学生的创新能力;将科学家精神等思政元素融入课堂教学,引入生动的案例和故事,培养学生的“三农”情怀;采用多元化评价体系,包括课题项目的评价、课堂讨论的表现、项目报告的评估和实践能力等,全面考核学生的能力。教学改革实践结果表明,在新的教学模式下,课程教学质量明显提高,不仅提升了学生的科研素质和创新能力,还培养了其科学精神和社会责任感,为现代农业发展培育高质量人才提供参考。

To explore the construction of a master’s degree course teaching model that deeply integrated scientific research and education under the concept of integrating science and education, the problems were analyzed of partly weak student knowledge foundation, untimely updating of teaching content, disconnection between scientific research and teaching, insufficient integration of ideological and political elements, and incomplete examination and evaluation system in the Plant Genomics course, and the corresponding reform measures were proposed. Specifically, it included taking students as the main body, investigating their motivation and demands for course selection, optimizing teaching content and teaching methods according to individual differences; modular teaching content was designed, dividing the theoretical teaching part into 6 modules: the current status and research progress of plant genomes, plant population genomes, etc., the teaching was conducted in the form of a literature review, showcasing the cutting-edge research results of the system; carring out research-oriented seminar based teaching, cultivating students’ innovation ability through group discussions, teacher evaluations, and other means; integrating ideological and political elements such as the spirit of scientists into classroom teaching, introducing vivid cases and stories, and cultivating students’ thoughts on agriculture, rural areas, and farmers; adopting a diversified evaluation system, including the evaluation of research projects, classroom discussions, project reports, and practical abilities, to comprehensively assess students’ abilities. The results of teaching reform practice showed that under the new teaching model, the quality of course teaching had been significantly improved. This not only enhances students’ scientific research quality and innovation ability, but also cultivates their scientific spirit and sense of social responsibility, providing a reference for cultivating high-quality talents for the development of modern agriculture.
