免疫增强剂对新城疫和禽流感二联疫苗的免疫增强作用

Immunoenhancing effects of immunopotentiators on Newcastle disease and avian influenza bivalent vaccine

为探究不同免疫增强剂对新城疫(ND)和禽流感(AI)二联疫苗的免疫增强作用,本研究将70只SPF鸡随机分为7组(每组10只),其中6个试验组每只鸡皮下注射1 mL二联疫苗,同时分别皮下注射1 mL免疫增强剂1(IP1)、免疫增强剂 2(IP2)、免疫增强剂A(IPA)、人参、皂苷、胞嘧啶—鸟嘌呤二核苷酸(CpG);对照组每只鸡皮下注射1 mL二联疫苗和1 mL生理盐水,每周(持续23周)测定各组的AI和ND的血凝抑制(HI)抗体滴度。结果表明,疫苗免疫后第2周,ND-HI和AI-HI抗体滴度均明显提高,已能够提供免疫保护,说明制备疫苗具有较好的免疫效果。试验过程中,人参组第9周后的ND-HI抗体滴度开始低于对照组(21周除外),其余组的ND-HI抗体滴度均高于对照;除第16周皂苷组,以及第16、17和18周人参组的AI-HI抗体滴度低于对照外,其余组的AI-HI抗体滴度均高于对照。综合表明,IP1、IP2、IPA和CpG作免疫增强剂可有效增强二联疫苗的免疫效果。

To investigate the immunopotentiating effects of different immunostimulants on Newcastle disease (ND) and avian influenza (AI) bivalent vaccine, 70 SPF chickens were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 chickens per group. 6 experimental groups were subcutaneously injected with 1 mL of the bivalent vaccine and 1 mL of the corresponding immunostimulant :immunostimulant 1 (IP1), immunostimulant 2 (IP2), immunostimulant A (IPA), ginseng, saponin, and cytosine-guanine dinucleotide (CpG) respectively; the control group was subcutaneously injected with 1 mL of the bivalent vaccine and 1 mL of normal saline. The hemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibody titers against AI and ND in each group were determined weekly for 23 consecutive weeks. The results showed that 2 weeks after vaccination, both ND-HI and AI-HI antibody titers increased significantly, which could provide immune protection, indicating that the prepared vaccine had good immunogenicity. During the experiment, the ND-HI antibody titers in the ginseng group were lower than those in the control group after week 9 (except week 21), while the ND-HI antibody titers in the other groups were higher than those in the control group. Except for the saponin group at week 16 and the ginseng group at weeks 16, 17, and 18, where the AI-HI antibody titers were lower than those in the control group, the AI-HI antibody titers in other groups were higher than those in the control group. Collectively, the results demonstrated that IP1, IP2, IPA, and CpG could effectively enhance the immune effect of the bivalent vaccine when used as immunostimulants.
