基于OBE理念的普通生态学课程教学改革探索

为培养高素质生态学人才,本文分析了普通生态学课程教学现状,并基于OBE理念开展教学改革探索。当前该课程在教学理念、课程思政和考核方式等环节仍有提升空间,据此提出针对性的改革对策。教学理念层面,通过拓宽教学手段、优化课程内容、增设课堂练习及增加项目引导,强化学生主体地位与知识应用能力;课程思政层面,系统挖掘思政内涵并构建案例库,实现专业知识传授与价值引领有机统一;考核评价层面,构建过程化与多元化并重的考核体系,优化成绩权重分配并引入学生互评提升评价科学性。实践结果表明,改革后的课堂互动性与学生参与度明显提升,学生总评成绩较改革前提升18%,90%以上学生可达成预设学习目标,主动参与科研创新活动的积极性增强,课程目标与学习成果匹配度明显提高。本文可为相关生态类课程的教学改革提供参考。

To cultivate high quality talents in ecology, this paper analyzed the current teaching situation of the General Ecology course and carried out exploration on teaching reform based on the OBE concept. There was still room for improvement in the course regarding teaching philosophy, curriculum ideological and political education, and assessment methods, based on which targeted reform countermeasures were put forward. At the level of teaching philosophy, the dominant position of students and their ability to apply knowledge were strengthened by expanding teaching methods, optimizing course content, adding in-class exercises, and introducing project-based guidance. In terms of curriculum ideological and political education, the ideological and political connotations were systematically explored and a case library was constructed to achieve the organic integration of professional knowledge imparting and value guidance. For the assessment and evaluation, a process-oriented and diversified assessment system was established; the weight distribution of scores was optimized, and peer evaluation was introduced to improve the scientificity of evaluation. The practical results showed that the interactivity and students’ participation of reformed classes were significantly improved, the overall scores of students increased by 18% compared with those before the reform, more than 90% of the students achieved the preset learning objectives, their enthusiasm for actively participating in scientific research and innovation activities was enhanced, and the matching degree between course objectives and learning outcomes was significantly improved. This paper provides a reference for the teaching reform of related ecology courses.
