淄博市大樱桃生产质量安全全过程管控技术体系

基于山东省淄博市大樱桃生产栽培实践,本文从产地环境质量控制、栽培、整形修剪与花果管理、病虫害防治与采收储运等方面总结了其生产质量安全过程管控技术。通过产地环境质量控制,确保土壤和灌溉用水符合绿色食品产地环境标准;根据当地的气候条件、市场需求等因素,合理搭配种植早熟和晚熟品种,栽植密度以40~80株/667 m2为宜;规范农业投入品的使用,减少化肥的施用量;树体整形主要采用主干疏层形与改良纺锤形两种树形,人工放置蜜蜂或壁蜂等昆虫辅助授粉;采用农业、物理及生物防治等综合防控措施有效防治病虫害;采用0~4 ℃控温储运;科学规范收集与处置废弃物,建立全产业链质量安全追溯体系,实现从种植到销售的全程管理;完善生产档案记录,为产品质量安全追溯提供数据支持。本文为相关地区大樱桃品质提升提供参考。

Based on the production and cultivation practices of sweet cherries in Zibo City, Shandong Province, this article summarized the technical measures for controlling the production quality and safety process from aspects such as the control of environmental quality at the production site, cultivation, shaping and pruning, flower and fruit management, pest and disease control, and harvesting, storage and transportation. Through the control of the site environment quality, it ensured that the soil and irrigation water met the standards of green food; considering the local climate conditions, market demands, etc., appropriate combinations of early-maturing and late-maturing varieties were made. The planting density of cherry trees was preferably 40 to 80 plants/667 m2. Standardize the use of agricultural inputs, reduce the application of fertilizers; the tree shaping mainly adopted the main trunk sparse layer form and the improved spindle form; artificially place bees or wall bees and other insects to assist pollination; adopt comprehensive control measures such as agricultural, physical and biological control to effectively prevent diseases and pests; use temperature control ranging from 0 to 4 ℃ for storage and transportation; scientifically and systematically collect and dispose of waste, establish a full-chain quality safety traceability system, and achieve comprehensive management from planting to sales; improve production record keeping to provide data support for product quality and safety traceability. This article provides a reference for the improvement of quality of sweet cherries in related areas.
