Construction and practice of the training mode for master of professional degree in Agronomy and Seed Industry (Horticulture) oriented to industrial demands

为培养复合型人才,本文以农艺与种业(园艺)专业学位硕士研究生为对象,构建并实践了融合课程教学、科研训练、产业实践与学位论文为一体的协同培养模式。该模式以园艺产业需求为导向,聚焦专业知识传授、科研能力训练、产教融合深化、学位论文选题优化4大维度,强化课程学习、实践训练与论文研究的有机融合,依托双导师制度与科技小院等平台,构建了适配园艺产业需求的育人体系。实践结果表明,该模式成效明显,研究生毕业率与就业率稳步提升,近5年一次性就业率稳定在90%以上;学生科研参与度、创新能力及产业服务能力大幅增强,累计获得国家级、省部级奖项31项;教师教研能力同步提升,获批各类教研项目6项,建成3个科技小院。本文构建的培养模式为农艺与种业(园艺)专业学位硕士研究生培养提供参考。

To cultivate interdisciplinary talents, this study took master of professional degree candidates in Agronomy and Seed Industry (Horticulture) as the research objects, and constructed and practiced a collaborative training model that integrated curriculum teaching, scientific research training, industrial practice and thesis writing into a unified system. Oriented to the demands of the horticultural industry, this mode focused on 4 core dimensions: the imparting of professional knowledge, the training of scientific research capabilities, the deepening of industry-education integration, and the optimization of thesis topic selection. It strengthened the organic integration of curriculum learning, practical training and thesis research, and by relying on the double supervisor system and platforms such as science and technology courtyards, it established an education system adapted to the development needs of the horticultural industry. The practical results showed that this model achieved remarkable effects: the graduation and employment rates of postgraduates rose steadily, with the one-time employment rate remaining above 90% in the past 5 years; students’ participation in scientific research, innovation capabilities and industrial service capabilities improved significantly, and they won a total of 31 national and ministerial/provincial level awards; teachers’ teaching and research capabilities enhanced synchronously, with 6 various teaching and research projects approved and 3 science and technology courtyards built. The training model constructed in this study provided a reference for the cultivation of master of professional degree candidates in Agronomy and Seed Industry (Horticulture).
