基于SWOT的城郊小型茶区发展路径探讨

本研究以江苏无锡滨湖小型茶区为研究对象,运用SWOT模型探讨其基于“三茶统筹(统筹茶文化、茶科技、茶产业)”理念的高质量发展路径。分析表明,该区具备生态资源优越、特色品种扎实、拥有“无锡毫茶”和“太湖翠竹”2个地理标志产品,都市消费与文旅融合潜力突出、年游客量达千万级别等优势。然而,其茶产业呈现出经营主体以中小规模为主、生产技术与装备有提升空间、专业人才结构有待优化、品牌价值需进一步挖掘和茶文旅融合可深化体验层次等特点。同时,产业红利、消费升级与市场扩容、技术赋能等机遇,与市场竞争加剧、周边产区规模优势明显,生产要素成本攀升、生态约束强化,消费需求迭代加速等挑战并存。针对此,提出系统性策略:在文化赋能方面,构建地理标志授权与统一管理体系,整合区域核心文化IP资源,开发文旅精品线路;在科技赋能方面,投入资金升级设备,实现自动化,联合科研机构选育良种;在产业融合方面,打造沉浸式茶庄园开发深度体验,创新茶衍生快消品并拓展线上线下市场。综上,滨湖区需以“三茶统筹”为引领,通过聚焦“小、精、特、新”地标品牌、协同绿色技术与文旅增值、借力都市流量与科技敏捷创新,为生态敏感型城郊小微茶区提供可复制的高质量发展范式。未来,可深化“三茶”要素贡献度量化研究,为决策提供科学支撑。

This study took the small-scale tea region in Binhu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province as the research object, and the SWOT model was applied to explore its high quality development path based on the concept of “Three Tea Integration” (coordinating tea culture, tea technology, and tea industry). The analysis indicates that the region possesses advantages such as superior ecological resources, a solid foundation of distinctive tea varieties, ownership of two geographical indication products “Wuxi Hao Tea” and “Taihu Cuizhu Tea”,and significant potential for urban consumption and cultural-tourism integration, with annual tourist visits reaching tens of millions. However, the local tea industry exhibits the following characteristics: the main operators are mostly small and medium-sized enterprises; there is room for improvement in production technology and equipment; the professional talent structure needs to be optimized; the brand value requires further exploration; and the integration of tea and tourism can deepen the experience level. Meanwhile, opportunities such as industrial dividends, consumption upgrades and market expansion, and technological empowerment coexist with challenges including intensified market competition, the significant scale advantages of surrounding production regions, rising production factor costs, strengthened ecological constraints, and accelerating shifts in consumer demand. In response, systematic strategies are proposed: in terms of cultural empowerment, establish a unified management system for geographical indications, integrate core cultural IP resources of the region, and develop high-quality tourism and cultural routes; in terms of technological empowerment, invest in equipment upgrades to achieve automation and collaborate with research institutions for superior cultivar breeding; in terms of industrial integration, create immersive tea estates for deep experiential development, innovate fast-moving consumer goods derived from tea, and expand both online and offline markets. In summary, the suburban small-scale tea region needs to be guided by the “Three Tea Integration” concept, focusing on a “small, refined, distinctive, and innovative” geographical indication brand, synergizing green technologies with cultural-tourism value addition, and leveraging urban traffic and agile technological innovation to provide a replicable high-quality development paradigm for small-scale suburban tea regions in ecologically sensitive areas. Future research could deepen quantitative studies on the contribution of “Three-Tea” elements to provide scientific support for decision-making.
