An analysis of the development path for the tea industry in Huangshan
本文总结分析了黄山茶产业发展现状,针对当前茶产业发展有待提升的环节,探讨了茶旅产业融合发展路径。研究区茶产业依托黄金产茶带的生态禀赋,以数字化管理为保障,形成龙头企业引领的产业集群,茶旅融合态势向好,品牌矩阵初步成型。然而,在人才队伍建设、销售渠道拓展、产业模式创新、品牌推广路径等方面需重点关注。针对当前茶产业发展现状,结合产业实际,提出通过政策支持、数字化技能培训及产学研合作,提升从业人员数智化素养,培养复合型人才;利用大数据精准定位市场,采用“茶旅+小程序”模式、加强电商合作及与茶馆建立稳定供销关系,拓宽创新产品销售路径;促进多种业态融合发展,推动茶产业与住宿业、文创产业结合,开发茶主题民宿、文创产品,延伸茶产业链;搭建官方线上平台,推进线下与旅行社、景区合作,举办茶博会等活动提升品牌影响力等建议。本文为相似地区茶产业高质量发展提供参考。

This paper focused on the current development status of the tea industry in Huangshan, analyzed its existing shortcomings, and explored the integrated development path of the tea-tourism industry. The research shows that relying on the ecological advantages of the golden tea-producing belt and supported by digital management, the tea industry in Huangshan has established an industrial cluster led by leading enterprises. The integration of tea and tourism has achieved initial results, and the brand matrix has gradually taken shape. However, special attention should be paid to aspects such as the construction of the talent team, the expansion of sales channels, the innovation of industrial models, and the promotion paths of the brand. In response to the current development status of the tea industry, combined with the actual situation of the industry, it is proposed to enhance the digital literacy of practitioners through policy support, digital skills training, and cooperation between industry, academia, and research, and cultivate versatile talents; utilize big data to precisely target the market, adopt the “tea tourism + mini-program” model, strengthen e-commerce cooperation, and establish stable supply and marketing relationships with tea houses, to broaden the sales channels for innovative products; promote the integrated development of various business forms, promote the integration of the tea industry with the accommodation industry and the cultural and creative industry, develop tea-themed guesthouses and cultural products, and extend the tea industry chain; build an official online platform, promote offline cooperation with travel agencies and scenic spots, hold tea exhibitions and other activities to enhance brand influence. This article provides a reference for the high-quality development of the tea industry in similar regions.
