专业认证背景下地方高校生物技术专业实践教学体系构建与实践

Construction and practice of the practical teaching system for Biotechnology major in local universities under the background of professional certification

针对当前生物技术专业实践教学体系在核心理念融入、产教融合衔接及教学实施效能等方面的优化提升空间,本文以“突出学生中心、突出产出导向、突出持续改进”为核心理念,结合生物技术专业特色,从实践教学体系设计、教学内容更新、评价体系优化及教学方法创新4个维度,开展实践教学体系优化研究。构建贴合专业需求的实践教学体系,更新涵盖基因工程、微生物发酵等内容的实践教学内容,建立教师评价与学生评价相结合的多维度实践教学评价体系,采用项目式学习、翻转课堂、跨学科整合等教学方法,并深化校企协同育人机制。教学实践表明,2021—2024年,该专业学生创新创业参与度与成果质量明显提升,项目申报率从15.28%提升至65.62%,毕业生就业率稳定在90%以上。本文为同类专业实践教学改革提供参考。

To optimize the practical teaching system for Biotechnology, particularly regarding the integration of core concepts, industry-education integration, and teaching effectiveness, this study adopted the core concepts of student-centeredness, outcome-based orientation, and continuous improvement. Combined with the characteristics of Biotechnology, it carried out research on optimizing the practical teaching system from four dimensions: system design, teaching content renewal, evaluation system optimization, and teaching method innovation. The study constructed a practical teaching system meeting professional requirements, updated teaching content covering genetic engineering, microbial fermentation and other modules, established a multi-dimensional evaluation system combining teacher assessment and student evaluation, adopted teaching methods such as project-based learning, flipped classroom, and interdisciplinary integration, and deepened the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism. Teaching practice showed that from 2021 to 2024, students' participation in innovation and entrepreneurship projects and their achievement quality improved significantly. The project application rate increased from 15.28% to 65.62%, and the graduate employment rate remained above 90%. This paper provided a reference for practical teaching reform in similar majors.
