Analysis of interannual variations in the quality of Yunyan series tobacco leaves in the Southern Anhui tobacco region

为探索皖南烟区云烟系列烟叶质量的年际变化,对2018—2022年该地区云烟系列烤烟品种C2F等级烟叶的外观质量、物理特性、化学成分和感官质量进行分析评价。结果表明,外观质量方面,其颜色、成熟度、身份、油分、色度、柔韧性和光泽度整体呈上升趋势;均以2020年最优。物理特性方面,单叶重逐步趋优,基本达到产质平衡的状态。化学成分方面,烟碱含量偏低,总糖和还原糖含量呈逐年上升的趋势;总氮含量呈下降趋势。感官质量方面,其评吸得分排序为2022年>2020年>2019年>2021年>2018年,整体逐步改善。研究区烟叶质量整体呈波动上升趋势,下一步可采取措施调控烟叶物理及化学特性,以确保烟叶质量的长期稳定。

To explore the interannual variations in the quality of Yunyan series tobacco leaves in the Southern Anhui tobacco growing region, the appearance quality, physical properties, chemical composition, and sensory quality of C2F grade tobacco leaves from the Yunyan series of flue-cured tobacco varieties in the region from 2018 to 2022 were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that, in terms of appearance quality, color, maturity, body, oil content, color intensity, flexibility, and glossiness generally exhibited an upward trend, with 2020 being the optimal year. Regarding physical characteristics, the single leaf weight gradually improved, essentially achieving a balance between yield and quality. In terms of chemical composition, the nicotine content was relatively low, while the total sugar and reducing sugar contents showed an increasing trend year by year; the total nitrogen content displayed a decreasing trend. For sensory quality, the smoking evaluation scores ranked as 2022 > 2020 > 2019 > 2021 > 2018, with an overall gradual improvement. The quality of tobacco leaves in the study area generally showed a fluctuating upward trend. The next step is to take measures to regulate the physical and chemical properties of tobacco leaves to ensure their long-term stability.
