为提升学术型研究生创新能力,本文针对植物保护专业研究生培养需求,开展了系统性的研究生创新能力培养改革与实践。从生源培育、资源配置、学术交流、成果提质、学术生态建设、导师育人体系6个维度构建全方位育人改革体系,通过拓宽招生宣传渠道、完善多元综合选拔机制、建立导师招生指标动态考评与奖惩制度,实现生源质量与育人资源的优化配置;依托专项管理制度,常态化开展高水平学术交流、推进优秀学位论文培育、强化科研诚信建设,并深化导师负责制、完善跨学科协同育人机制,全面落实立德树人根本任务,构建适配新时代发展的研究生创新人才培养模式。实践表明,改革实施以来,研究生科研创新主动性明显增强,论文产出和各级科研创新课题立项数量稳步提升。本文为农林院校植物保护及相关学科学术型研究生创新能力培养提供参考。

To enhance the innovative capacity of academic postgraduates, this study carried out systematic reform and practice on the cultivation of postgraduates’ innovative ability according to the training requirements of postgraduates majoring in Plant Protection. A comprehensive education reform system was established from 6 dimensions, including student source cultivation, resource allocation, academic exchange, achievement improvement, academic ecosystem construction and supervisor training system. By expanding enrollment publicity channels, perfecting the diversified comprehensive selection mechanism, and setting up a dynamic assessment, reward and punishment system for supervisors’ enrollment quotas, the optimized allocation of student source quality and educational resources was realized. Supported by special management systems, high-level academic exchanges were organized regularly, the cultivation of outstanding degree dissertations was promoted, and the construction of research integrity was strengthened. Meanwhile, the supervisor responsibility system was deepened and the interdisciplinary collaborative education mechanism was improved, which fully fulfilled the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and formed an innovative postgraduate training model compatible with the development of the new era. Practical results verified that after the implementation of the reform, postgraduates showed significantly stronger initiative in scientific research and innovation, and the output of papers as well as the number of approved scientific research and innovation projects at all levels increased steadily. This paper provides references for cultivating innovative ability of academic postgraduates majoring in Plant Protection and related disciplines in agricultural and forestry universities.
