本研究以烤烟粤烟97为材料,开展了微生物菌剂对烟苗生长发育及生理生化指标的影响试验。结果表明,在育苗基质中拌微生物菌剂1 500~3 000 g/hm2,烟苗成苗期的茎高、茎围、最大叶面积及根和茎叶部分干物质积累量分别比对照增加1.56%~3.13%、12.24%~14.29%、9.49%~11.86%、12.24%~16.33%和10.03%~13.84%;根系活力和叶片叶绿素含量分别比对照提高9.53%~10.96%和12.87%~16.18%;育苗基质中拌微生物菌剂有利于增强烟苗叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低烟苗丙二醛(MDA)含量,提高烟苗的抗逆性能,促进烟苗的生长发育。本试验结果为微生物菌剂在烤烟壮苗培育上的应用提供参考。
This study conducted an experiment on the effects of microbial agents on the growth, development, and physiological and biochemical characteristics of tobacco seedlings using Guangdong Tobacco 97 as the material. The results showed that when mixed with microbial agents at a concentration of 1 500-3 000 g/hm2 in the seedling substrate, the stem height, stem circumference, maximum leaf area, and dry matter accumulation in the roots and leaves of tobacco seedlings during the seedling stage increased by 1.56%-3.13%, 12.24%-14.29%, 9.49%-11.86%, 12.24%-16.33%, and 10.03%-13.84%, respectively, compared to the control group. The root vitality and leaf chlorophyll content increased by 9.53%-10.96% and 12.87%-16.18% respectively compared to the control group. At the same time, mixing microbial agents in the seedling substrate was beneficial for enhancing the activities of nitrate reductase (NR), superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), and catalase (CAT) in tobacco leaves, reducing the malonaldehyde (MDA) content of tobacco seedlings, improving their stress resistance, and promoting their growth and development. The results of this experiment provide a reference for the application of microbial agents in the cultivation of strong tobacco seedlings.
