摘要

鹅痛风是近年来危害鹅产业较为严重的疾病之一,一年四季均可能发生,冬季多发,给该产业的健康发展造成一定的影响。本文从鹅星状病毒感染、饲养及营养管理和肠道菌群紊乱等角度综述了鹅痛风相关的发病原因,探讨了鹅痛风的临床诊断及分子生物学诊断方法,并从药物防治、生物安全防治和综合防治3个方面分析了鹅痛风的防治措施等。目的在于为养殖户防治鹅痛风、促进鹅产业健康绿色发展提供参考。

Abstract

Goose gout is one of the serious diseases that have harmed the goose industry in recent years. It may occur throughout the year, but more common in winter, which has a certain impact on the healthy development of the goose industry. The causes of gout in geese were reviewed from the astrovirus of infection, feeding and nutritional management, and dysbiosis of gut microbiota. The clinical diagnosis and molecular biology diagnostic methods of gout in geese were explored, and the prevention, and treatment measures of gout in geese were analyzed from three aspects:drug control, biosafety control, and comprehensive control. The purpose was to provide references for preventing and treating gout in geese for farmers and promoting healthy and green development of the goose industry.
