基于科技小院的农科硕士研究生培养模式构建与实践

Construction and practice of the training model for agricultural postgraduates based on Science and Technology Courtyards

为培养高素质农科人才,本文以梨树玉米、通榆谷物、双辽花生共3个科技小院为平台,构建人才培养—科学研究—社会服务融合的农科硕士培养模式。研究发现,当前在农科硕士研究生培养过程中,部分存在爱农情怀有待深化、实践与产业关联度有待提高、知识结构相对单一等问题。通过亲身实践深化爱农情怀、问题导向研究提升实践能力、跨学科协作优化综合素质、政产学研用协同推动产业发展,辅以校内导师+产业导师联合培养机制。结果显示,人才培养方面,累计培养硕士研究生90余名,60%获各级表彰,科研能力及投身“三农”事业意愿明显提升,发表SCI论文20篇、核心期刊论文102篇,获批专利11项;科研领域方面,获批多个省部级及以上重点实验室,获国家及省级科研项目50余项、科技奖励8项,发表SCI/EI论文100余篇;社会效益方面,解决区域农业关键问题,培训农户及农技人员超2 200人次,推动技术推广与产业发展。综上,基于科技小院的培养模式有效提升了学生的爱农情怀、实践能力与综合素质,兼具显著科研与社会效益,为涉农高校研究生教学改革提供了可推广的实践范例,助力农业科技创新与乡村全面振兴。

To cultivate high-caliber agricultural talents, this paper takes 3 Science and Technology Courtyards (specializing in Lishu corn, Tongyu grains, and Shuangliao peanuts) as platforms, and constructs an agricultural postgraduate training model that integrates talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services. The study finds that in the current training process of agricultural postgraduates, there are problems such as the need to further deepen the sentiment of loving agriculture, the need to improve the correlation between practice and industry, and the relatively single knowledge structure. To address these issues, measures are taken including deepening the sentiment of loving agriculture through personal practice, enhancing practical capabilities via problem-oriented research, optimizing comprehensive quality through interdisciplinary collaboration, promoting industrial development through the synergy of government, industry, academia, research and application, supplemented by a joint training mechanism of on-campus supervisors and industrial supervisors. The results show that in terms of talent cultivation: A total of more than 90 postgraduates have been trained, 60% of whom have won awards at various levels. Their scientific research capabilities and willingness to engage in the cause of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” have been significantly enhanced. 20 SCI papers, 102 core journal papers have been published, and 11 patents have been approved. In the field of scientific research: Multiple key laboratories at the provincial-ministerial level and above have been approved. More than 50 national and provincial-level scientific research projects and 8 scientific and technological awards have been obtained. Over 100 SCI/EI papers have been published. In terms of social benefits: Key regional agricultural issues have been solved. More than 2,200 person-times of farmers and agricultural technology personnel have been trained. The promotion of technology and industrial development have been advanced. In conclusion, the training model based on Science and Technology Courtyards has effectively improved students’ sentiment of loving agriculture, practical capabilities and comprehensive quality, and has achieved significant scientific research and social benefits. It provides a promotable practical example for the postgraduate teaching reform of agricultural colleges and universities, and contributes to agricultural technological innovation and the all-round revitalization of rural areas.
