农艺与种业领域研究进展课程的教学改革实践

为培养农业方向应用型人才,本文以2022—2023级选修农艺与种业领域研究进展课程的学生为对象,开展教学改革实践。通过问卷调查发现,学生部分存在学习兴趣有待提高、实践教学环节不足、课程内容更新不及时等问题;基于此,引入项目式学习(PBL)、翻转课堂、成果导向教育(OBE)等教学方法,结合当地农业案例设计教学;通过专家讲座、校企实习等补充领域前沿内容;并搭建课前预习—课堂互动—课后评估的闭环教学流程。结果显示,教学改革后学生课堂参与积极性明显提升,问卷调查表明2022—2023级100%学生对课程内容感兴趣并愿意分享,92%~96%认为教学提升了解决实践问题的能力;教师团队同步获批校级教学改革项目,推动课程申报省级思政示范课并启动教材编写。本文构建的教学模式可有效改善农艺与种业专业课程教学现状,实现知识传授、能力培养与价值引领的协同育人目标,为同类专业课程改革提供参考。

To cultivate application-oriented talents in the agricultural field, this study conducted teaching reform practice targeting students of grades 2022—2023 who took the course Research Progress in the Field of Agronomy and Seed Industry. Through a questionnaire survey, it was found that some students had problems such as to-be-improved learning interest, insufficient practical teaching links, and outdated curriculum content. Based on this, teaching methods including Project-Based Learning (PBL), flipped classroom, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) were introduced, and teaching was designed in combination with local agricultural cases; cutting-edge content in the field was supplemented through expert lectures and school-enterprise internships; and a closed-loop teaching process covering pre-class preview, in-class interaction, and post-class assessment was built. The results showed that after the teaching reform, students’ enthusiasm for in-class participation was significantly improved. The questionnaire survey indicated that 100% of the students in grades 2022—2023 were interested in the course content and willing to share it, and 92%~96% of them believed that the teaching had improved their ability to solve practical problems. Meanwhile, the teacher team was approved for a university-level teaching reform project, promoted the course to apply for the provincial ideological and political demonstration course, and launched the compilation of teaching materials.The teaching model constructed in this study can effectively improve the teaching status of agronomy and seed industry professional courses, achieve the collaborative education goal of knowledge impartment, ability cultivation, and value guidance, and provide a reference for the reform of similar professional courses.
