As a forestry scientific research base, the experimental nursery carries important tasks such as talent training, scientific and technological innovation, and achievement transformation. In order to improve the production management level of experimental nurseries, the current situation of production management of experimental nurseries were analyzed from three aspects: infrastructure and capital investment, scientific research team and research direction, resource utilization and production management. The following suggestions for improvement was putforward: strengthen facility maintenance and optimize project allocation, increased capital investment and improve the efficiency of use; improved the level of scientific research and enrich the scientific research team, identified the research direction and transform the scientific research results, scientifically standardized management and improved resource utilization. The purpose is to improve the efficiency and quality of experimental nursery production, and provide references for the construction of experimental nursery base, project management, scientific and technological innovation, achievement transformation and sustainable development.
