Exploration and practice of talent cultivation model for Tea Science major under the background of industry education integration and collaborative education between schools and enterprises

To meet the new requirements for the continuous optimization of the tea industry structure and the cultivation of Tea Science major, the current situation was analyzed, including school-enterprise cooperation, construction of a “dual teacher” teaching team, practical teaching resources, and employment services and innovation and entrepreneurship platforms in the teaching practice of this major. Based on the characteristics of the Tea Science major and industry demand, aimed to establish a talent cultivation model for this major, including establishing a school-enterprise cooperation teaching model under the integration of industry and education, achieving student-centered approach; building a “dual teacher” teaching team to achieve optimized allocation and sharing of educational resources; carrying out diversified practical teaching to exercise students’ professional skills; building employment services and innovation and entrepreneurship platforms to improve students’ comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness. The effectiveness of teaching reform practice had shown that there were significant improvements in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the improvement of talent quality, providing reference for the collaborative education of Tea Science majors between schools and enterprises.
