Research on the teaching reform of Landscape Ecology course from the perspective of green development

To cultivate talents in the field of Landscape major with a green development concept, the teaching of Landscape Ecology course was taken as an example. In response to the current situation of course objectives, teaching system, and practical teaching methods, reform measures were proposed to meet the needs of green development. Specific measures include clarifying target positioning and improving the teaching system; strengthening practical teaching and integrating the concept of low-carbon development; implementing ideological and political education in the curriculum, strengthening students’ sense of responsibility; combining case teaching to serve rural revitalization. Implementing these reform measures is conducive to improving the teaching quality and effectiveness of the course, cultivating more Landscape majors with green development concepts and strong practical abilities, and contributing to the sustainable development of the landscape industry.
