Research on strategies for improving the quality of high-quality farmers cultivation under the background of rural revitalization

In order to cultivate a large number of high-quality farmers with culture, technical knowledge, and good management skills, the necessity, current situation, and countermeasures of improving the quality of cultivating high-quality farmers were analyzed. In terms of necessity, cultivation activities help to enhance the comprehensive quality of cultivation subjects and improve the level of rural economic and social development. In terms of the current situation, a survey questionnaire was conducted to explore the cultivation status of high-quality farmers based on their vocational training needs. The results showed that there were differences in the educational level and cultivation needs of the cultivation subjects, which had an impact on the evaluation of cultivation quality; the level of informationization in quality evaluation needs to be improved. In terms of countermeasures, a hierarchical and classified high-quality farmer education quality evaluation mechanism would be constructed by determining the training content, establishing an evaluation mechanism, and monitoring the cultivation process; by meeting training needs, determining construction goals and development directions, and establishing a system platform architecture, promoted the construction of an educational information platform. The research results provide references for effectively strengthening and improving the cultural, technical, and labor qualities of farmers, and serving the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
